We are looking for a motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to build and lead a high-performing door-knocking team, generate leads, and drive sales success.

Job Summary:

The Canvassing Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of door-to-door canvassers to generate leads and appointments. This role requires a strong leader with experience in door-to-door sales who can motivate a team, track performance, and develop effective canvassing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers

Develop and implement effective canvassing scripts and strategies

Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation and appointments

Track and report team performance using CRM or spreadsheets

Provide coaching, motivation, and on-the-field training

Ensure all team members maintain professionalism and compliance with company standards

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion

Conduct neighborhood research to target the best areas for canvassing

Handle scheduling, logistics, and team coordination

Maintain a positive, competitive, and energetic work environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing

Management experience

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Ability to motivate and coach a team for high performance

Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Goal-driven with a competitive mindset

Ability to track and analyze performance metrics

Familiarity with CRM systems

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
