We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Asphalt Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. This role involves selling our asphalt products, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably in the construction or building materials industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base in the asphalt market.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our asphalt products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Prepare quotes, negotiate prices, and close deals in a timely manner while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure customer orders are met with quality and efficiency.
Reporting: Track sales performance, report on progress, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Knowledge of asphalt products, materials, and applications is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
