As an Appointment Setter for garage upgrades, you'll play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments with homeowners for a free garage design consultation. This flexible, part-time position involves visiting potential customers in residential areas, knocking on doors, and promoting our services. Your goal is to schedule appointments for our closing sales team by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings and building rapport with homeowners. With independence as a 1099 contractor, you'll enjoy commission-based pay with bonus potential and appointment setting training to help you succeed.
> > Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door visits to residential areas
Introduce and explain our services to potential customers
Demonstrate the benefits of our offerings
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Schedule appointments using our online scheduler calendar
Report personal performance to the Sales Manager
Successful Candidates:
We're looking for highly enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are confident in their ability to generate qualified leads. As a self-starter with a positive attitude, you'll thrive in this role by being motivated to meet set targets and adept at building relationships with potential customers.
> > Qualifications:
Comfortable working independently and meeting targets
Valid driver's license, smartphone, and reliable transportation required
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
This job requires walking, lifting up to 20 pounds, and working outdoors
Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates
> > Compensation Package:
Earn $50-$100 for each appointment set, plus a generous Profit Sharing Bonus when appointments convert into sales. You could be earning $20 - $30 per hour setting appointments, and $1,500+ per week or more with bonuses.
> > What We Offer:
Flexible schedule: Work weekends or Monday - Friday, choose your own hours
Approximately 20 - 30 hours per week
Weekly pay for confirmed appointments, with some payouts as soon as the next day
Company-provided shirt/hat
Previous door-to-door experience a plus, but not required
