We are an established security company locally and privately owned since 2003, based in the Denver Metro area.
We are seeking an on-site customer service rover supervisor. This position reports directly to the chief operations officer.
The position requires 1 to 3 visits per property per 8-hour shift with one nightly DAR per location. Position may be turned into a 10-hour shift based on client needs/requests.
Nightly shifts will start at 2000 or 2200 hours and end at 0600. We work 7-days, 365 to include ALL holidays. Overtime may be required.
This is a "observe and report" position and does not require any type of physical "hands-on".
Position Requires:
3-5+ years customer service with supervisor experience
Neat & clean professional appearance
Excellent communication skills
Excellent report writing skills
Able to multiple task & make good common decisions with no supervision
Operate smart phone
Knowledge of email, text, excel, VM
Company Offers:
1-week of office and field training at 20.00 hourly pay (rate then moved to 22.00 on week 3).
An excellent hourly pay rate of 22.00 on month one. Month two 23.00, month three 24.00 and then 25.00 per hour for one year.
Monthly bonus of 100.00 per pay-period starting on month six (based on attendance, i.e. no call offs).
