24-year, award winning, real estate professional seeking a mentee/apprentice to share knowledge and systems with to generate income for both.
Applicant must be:
Licensed Real Estate Agent
Willing to commit 20+ Hours per week to real estate activities
Have a car and cell phone
Eager to work
Self-motivated
Hungry for making money
Member of the Association of Realtors (This can be done later)
Have MLS Account (This can be done later)
Real estate transaction experience is nice, but not required.
You will be trained specifically how to generate real estate leads, follow-up, manage a database, do buyer and seller presentations, negotiations, and transaction management. I will provide the systems needed to generate the leads.
You will receive weekly goals, training, expectations, and accountability. With the focus on closing a minimum of one transaction per month.
My goal is to train you to be a high producing independent agent within one year, not to stay in a secondary role or on my team.
