Get your business jump-started! One of our agents has closed 4 transactions and has her 5th under contract now! And she has been licensed for 4 months!
How the process works:
A lead comes in.
We call the lead for you to make contact and get them lined up with a lender and take on the initial qualification process.
You meet with the client and show them properties. ( I am always available to help you along as well if you do not have experience and I can get you to the point where you are comfortable)
I write the contract if you are not comfortable with it yet or you can if you feel comfortable.
Once under contract, our transaction coordination department takes over the file and gets the process going for closing.
Transaction closes. (You always get credit for the sale)
You get paid!
Requirements:
Hold an active Colorado Real Estate License
Must have a valid drivers license.
Professional demeanor.
Be on time for appointments and meetings.
Be awesome at follow up.
