Owner of rental houses needs part-time support for on-going home maintenance. Looking for specific individual or small group - no online call center service. Tasks such as spring/fall sprinkler startup/shut down; seasonal fertilizer application; light shrub trimming; small projects; and tenant response (plugged drain, running toilet and faucet, leaking sink water lines and drains, etc.). Ideally our needs would blend with other clients served for similar tasks. Hourly fee and incentive. Reference-based reliability, honesty and communication skills.
