We are looking for a full or part time LO assistant for a lender focused on real estate investor loans.
NMLS licensing is not required.
Looking for self motivated take charge person.
Job will consist of speaking with new, established real estate investor clients and light processing for private and DSCR loans.
Phone skills and positive attitude a must.
1 year experience in mortgage or banking required.
