This is a seasonal position April thru November

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Job Task Descriptions

1. Act as the first point of contact for a variety of internal and external customers. Communicate across various levels to request or fulfill the request for information. Assist Office Manager or teammate with communication effort for the department including, responding to customers & employees. Liaise with internal and external providers to connect customers with proper technician and resources needed.

2. Answer phones, screen incoming calls, provide information to callers, route calls to correct party, take messages for staff, retrieve messages from voicemail, and make outgoing calls.

3. Coordinates & Prepares schedules / agendas; takes and publishes routes. Enters data for scheduled appointments on multiple platforms. Enters Data for specific programs.

4. Type, word process, compile and/or compose memos, letters, lists, roasters, bulletins, schedules, reports, surveys, handbooks, brochures, evaluations, documentation, phone lists, agendas, and other related information. Prepares basic reports all is a professional manner.

5. Assist with maintaining department records, files, and calendars. Prepares, proofreads, and coordinates the preparation of documents.

6. Being able to adapt and be flexible with tasks that need to be preformed to get the job done effectively and efficiently.

7. Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including but not limited to providing backup coverage to other department positions.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of (2) years of experience with computers and general office required, (3) years preferred.

Bilingual may be preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

Knowledge of department databases preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Knowledge of Metro Denver geography.

Knowledge of sprinklers/landscaping a plus.
