Job Title:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Administrative Assistant to support the owner of a growing plumbing contractor company. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced service business environment. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and streamlining daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to generate new leads and secure service contracts.

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms; provide accurate information about services.

Follow up with leads, prepare estimates, and assist in closing sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and property management clients.

Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and support marketing campaigns.

Administrative Support

Manage the owner’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate site visits.

Maintain CRM systems and ensure client records are accurate and up to date.

Prepare proposals, invoices, and service agreements.

Support office operations, including vendor coordination and supply ordering.

Assist in payroll, bookkeeping, and expense tracking as needed.

Marketing Support

Help coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and customer reviews.

Research market opportunities and competitor activities.

Contribute ideas to improve brand presence and community outreach.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or office administration (construction or plumbing industry experience preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Basic understanding of plumbing services or willingness to learn.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
