Job description:
- Assist with client document intake and organization.
- Assist in compiling supporting documents for tax preparation
- Answer phones
- Communicate with clients to collect missing documents
- Learn and support the tax preparation process step by step
- Maintain digital and paper files
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Computer savvy
- Comfortable with administrative support, client interaction and document tracking
- Ability to multi task
- Must be able to work in person in our Glendale office
