Nationwide Event Management Company with a downtown Denver office is looking for an outgoing individual to handle multiple duties and can multi-task within our fast pace office. Currently, this is a part time position with approximately 30 hrs. per week. It possibly could be 40 hrs. for the right person. This is not a remote position, it is a requirement for you to be in the office Monday through Friday. Pay is $22-$24/hr. DOE. Weekly pay. The idea candidate must have the following skills, but not limited to;

- Ability to navigate excel spread sheets and work effectively with company apps

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Creating and maintaining schedules
- Working with operation manager, project managers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and accurate
- Advising team members many updates, changes and/or communicate additional ongoing information
- Monitoring schedules progress, identifying potential challenges, and making changes as needed
- Assist with onboarding team members, set up team interviews and assist with payroll when necessary
