We are a Roofing Company seeking a Production Manager Assistant to join our team. As the Production Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Production Manager in ordering materials, scheduling crews, and scheduling inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in ordering materials and supplies needed for roofing projects
Assist in scheduling and coordinating with roofing crews for timely project completion
Assist in scheduling inspections and repair work
Communicate effectively with members of our team and customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Previous office admin experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of Windows 10 and Google office applications (sheets, docs, etc.)
