Established Management Company seeks a part time on-site manager assistant.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Document filling and organization
Assist property manager with paperwork – posting notices
Daily light janitorial in common areas
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish (is a plus)
Optional live on property
Pay:
If live on property Rent credit / salary as part of compensation
Schedule:
6 Hours daily
