Arvada Construction Company looking for a Full Time Warranty Customer Service & Collections
JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
This position works directly with Foremen/Crews and Home Builder Customer Service Representatives to resolve Warranty Work Orders. Position requires excellent communication skills between multiple people to resolve problems.
Keeping track of multiple work orders daily with builder and Foreman.
Making sure the builder generates Purchase Orders to do the work and scheduling the work with specific crews
Collections on payments for all completed work orders generated.
Position will also require working closely with other office staff and must be a team player.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School Diploma
4 years of QuickBooks Experience
2 years Customer Service or Construction back ground
Competency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Self-Starter
Able to solve problems independently
Must have strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented
High energy, outgoing and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Monday - Thursday : 7:30am - 3:30pm
Fridays - 7:00 - 2:00pm
Compensation $22-$26 based on experience and 90 day review on job performance
