This would be an assistant role to the owner. Need someone for about 25hrs/week but can be a little more or a little less. This is ONLY on-site. (no remote work)

It would be expected that this position be a stepping stone position. We'd want the person we hire to be available for promotion inside 18mo to take on bigger responsibilities within this organization or one of our sister organizations.
We are looking for someone who can take a lot of small tasks and manage them rigorously through to completion. You would be taking a lot of things off of the owner of the business from a personal/professional side of the coin.
