SPEEDY FREIGHT LOGISTICS is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Applicant can work remotely from home.

Flexible role and applicant will require full or part time per hour $20 - $30 without affecting your currently role.

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests.

Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Maintain customer records and update relevant information in our database.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.

Continuously strive to improve customer service by identifying areas for enhancement and providing feedback on processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.

Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and find appropriate solutions.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

Proficiency in using customer service and basic ability to se a computer.
