Customer Service/ Reception/ Front Office

We are looking for a Front Office/sales professional to represent us and sell our products and services to walk-in, call-in, and email customers. If you are a good listener, detail-oriented, take initiative, and are able to juggle multiple projects and tasks throughout each day, we want you on our team. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help us manage and grow our existing client base as well as look for opportunities for new business. This is not an outside sales position.
Previous customer service experience in a forward-facing environment is required (2 – 3 years’ experience or more).
Candidate requirements/duties:
Excellent work ethic, organized and punctual
Ability to work and communicate effectively with businesses and individuals
Prior sign industry-related experience preferred but not necessary
Problem solver, ability to make things happen
NO LESS THAN 3 YEARS of PREVIOUS SIGN AND OR GRAPHICS EXPERIENCE a plus.
Creativity to solve challenges within deadlines
Excel Experience with simple spreadsheet maintenance.
Experience with QuickBooks a strong plus
Write up job tickets, File, Reply to customers e-mails
Client Relations: 1 to 3 years (Preferred)
Starting pay will depend on your current experience.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus but not required
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. during an 8-hour shift, boxing customers projects.
