Job Title:Administrative Assistant to the President. Lakewood, CO location
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our President, This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can hold their own with a strong-willed leader, and brings structure and focus to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, emails, and day-to-day administrative support for the President
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and follow-through
Prepare, track, and manage quotes, proposals, and client correspondence
Act as a communication bridge between the President and staff, clients, and vendors
Anticipate needs, prioritize competing tasks, and keep projects moving forward
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (or similar)
Ability to prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and reports
Professional presence with the backbone to work with a demanding executive
Previous experience in construction, windows, or related industry a plus
