Couch Off Road Engineering is located just East of the Denver International Airport (near E. 88thAve & Imboden). We’re an easy drive from Brighton, Aurora Highlands, Commerce City, Watkins, Bennett, etc.
● Our team is looking for a multitasker who can wear different hats.
● You’ll never be bored!
● One moment you’ll be on the computer searching for a truck part,
● and the next you might be scanning receipts for our office manager.
● You may be asked to take some photos of our giant off road trucks just outside the office,
● and a few minutes later you might find yourself emailing our suppliers. It’s YOUR Schedule!
● Our office is open and available to work anytime M-F, 9am to 7pm
● You can work 20 – 25 hours per week, (possibility for more hours long term) YOUR CHOICE!
● We need you in the office a minimum of 4 days per week, 5 hours per day.

Qualifications
● Multi-tasker
● Basic PC computer skills (research, emails, etc.)
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Proficient in English, written and spoken
● Physically mobile to occasionally walk outside throughout the work yard and lift up to 20 pounds
● Quickly learn new information
● Adapt to evolving tasks
● Very organized, pay attention to details
● Need reliable transportation and driver’s license
● Dependable with a can-do attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain filing systems and organize office documents (digital and paper).
● Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
● Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
● Assist in data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
● Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
● Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
● Assisting in any parts searches needed for technicians, as well as creating parts orders for vendors.
● Assisting in submitting bi-weekly payroll for employees.
