About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Skid Builder to join our metal manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing metal skids used for transporting and storing materials. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team and develop your metalworking skills.
Shift & Pay:
$17/hour during training period, with pay increases up to $2.50/hour within your first few months.
Shift:
Training period (First 4-6 weeks) - 6 AM - 2:30 PM
Post training period - 8 AM - 4:30 PM or 10 AM - 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Skid Construction: Build metal skids according to specifications and quality standards.
Material Handling: Select and prepare metal materials for skid construction.
Tool Operation: Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Inspect completed skids for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
