Your role will involve filling, capping, and boxing products, rotating through different stations, packaging finished goods, printing labels, assisting with pot changes, and palletizing boxed goods for shipment. Skills:
- Experience with simple machinery
- Prior production or packaging experience preferred
- Ability to consistently lift or move up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day
- Understanding of date/lot codes
- Willingness to learn machine area and product safety
- Adeptness in working within a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with hands and performing repetitive tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 5:30 AM-3:30 PM, Fri 5:30 AM-1:30 PM - $19/hour
2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs, 3:30 PM-1:30 AM, Fri 3:30 PM-11:30 PM - $21/hour
