Electrical Assembly Associate II
Job Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently produce products meeting expectations for quality.
Uses common assembly tools and related functions in an efficient manner. This includes but is not limited to soldering, the use of high pot tester, scanner/computer to record quality checks, etc.
Able to read, understand mechanical drawings and execute work instructions.
Exhibits focusing on producing quality material.
Maintaining work area in a safe, clean, orderly, and efficient condition.
Ability to lift 45lbs.
Capable of Standing for the majority of an 8-hour shift
Ability to work in a team environment, which includes communicating effectively with team members and support staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills:
Three to five years of experience in an electronics assembly role preferred.
The ability to consistently work safely in a factory environment.
Enjoys working with their hands.
Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal professional growth.
Positive Attitude
Reliability and dependability. You will begin work on time and maintain an acceptable attendance record.
The ability to read, write, and speak English.
Starting Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour.
