ACCOUNTING IN MANUFACTURING
We are looking for someone that has a solid accounting background, some college is good, along with working in some kind of manufacturing.
Our shop is the heartbeat of the company, helping with material inventory, allocation, stock part quantities, and more is part of this job.
We are a custom tool and die, family run manufacturer, been in business since 1965, we are the largest (40 people) and best at making our niche product that we ship all over the world.
Experience for the following:
Payroll with ADP deposits to 401K etc.
Sales and use tax compliance.
Health insurance maintenance etc.
401K maintenance & compliance.
A/P, A/R (no collection calls)
Bank & credit card reconcile.
Publish and check financials.
We use Oracle World for our enterprise software, we have spared no expense on providing the best tools for our people. Training is available for this and more. There is very little turnover, several of our people have 40 years here.
We have a very good benefits program including, health, dental, disability, life insurance, 401K with match, profit sharing and monthly production bonus. Monday to Friday 7 to 3:30.
