Wine & Design Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a part-time Studio Assistant to assist with running our studio! This is a growing position that requires the candidate to be self-motivated, self-managed, and detail oriented.
Typical tasks will include:
Provide excellent customer service - answering phone calls, emails, and greeting customers in the studio
Assist with art sessions (including painting, pottery and DIY)
-Reservation system support
-Scheduling public and private parties
-Scheduling artists for events
Building event calendar
Help manage and create content for social media accounts
Inventory control - ensure appropriate amounts of stock are maintained
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Communicate effectively with staff, customers and owners
Provide administrative support for business owners
Requirements:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn!
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Detail oriented and very organized
Work well with little supervision
Willing to work extra time when needed
21+ years of age
Preferred:
Some college education preferred
Experience with photo/graphics editing programs
Artist, or knowledge of art techniques
Bartending experience (beer and wine only)
Hours:
20-30 hours per week
