Job Overview

We’re seeking motivated Telemarketing Specialists to join our team and play a key role in connecting with commercial property owners and decision-makers. Your primary responsibility will be to set appointments for our owner to close high-value contracts for our services, with average deals valued at $150,000 and project timelines of approximately 30 days.

You’ll work with a high-volume phone system handling a significant number of daily calls and support the development of our new email marketing system to capture and nurture leads from various sources. The key is getting a yes for a free estimate of services. So you will schedule the free estimate, that's the goal.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with commercial property owners and decision-makers via phone to schedule appointments for our owner to close. (The Free Estimate)

Qualify leads generated from diverse marketing channels, including physical mailers, social media, and search ads.

Assist in responding to email marketing to capture and follow up on leads. (Secondary)

Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

2000 calls via autodialer daily

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and working in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with email marketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the commercial property industry (asphalt, roofing, or concrete) is an advantage but not required.

Must be able to work in our Lakewood office.

Must be able to pass a background check. Some flexibility depending on candidate circumstances.

Comfortable working within a small business and have flexibility around process and procedure as we evolve and grow.

Competitive base wage with performance-based incentives. $20/hr +$150 for each appointment that completes + 2.5% on each deal that the work is completed.
