Leading law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of large-scale, complex litigation experience for their Denver office location. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with eDiscovery databases. Class action and/or medical malpractice experience is a plus. Responsibilities Include: Manage cases from inception through trial. Analyze, review, and organize large volumes of documents produced during discovery. Prepare document productions and responses to discovery requests. Create Bluebook citations and cite check briefs from opposing counsel. Collaborate with attorneys to develop and implement case strategies. Conduct legal research on case-related issues. Locate and interpret court rules to guide the team on filing. Monitor case dockets and deadlines, ensuring compliance with court rules/procedures. Prepare cases for trial and attend trial as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal handling highly complex cases. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Class action and/or medical malpractice experience is a big plus. Proficiency in eDiscovery databases (e.g. Relativity, Ipro Eclipse, etc.) Must have experience managing all phases of complex litigation. Applicants must currently reside in the Denver metro area. Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience.
