We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave for our Office Manager. The start date is September 10th and the anticipated end date is October 28th. (Dates are subject to change a bit depending on the arrival of the baby).
Their responsibilities typically include:
Receiving legal documents for service
Researching and locating the recipient
Packing the papers for the servers to deliver the documents in person following specific legal procedures
Obtaining proof of service (usually a signature)
Completing the affidavits and sending them to clients upon completion
