We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various legal practices, including family law. This role involves conducting thorough legal research, drafting documents, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing them in litigation. The Family Law Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services and support to our clients.
Duties include:
-Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools to support case preparation.
-Draft legal documents, including contracts and pleadings
-Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
-Litigate cases in court as necessary, representing clients effectively during trials and hearings.
-Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to tribal law and securities law.
-Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure cohesive case management.
-Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications.
Skills:
-Strong knowledge of family law processes and documentation.
-Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
-Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents.
-Ability to negotiate effectively with opposing parties and stakeholders.
-Strong analytical skills to assess complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.

Salary starting at $90,000 entry level or commensurate with experience. For contract attorney, pay is $150 per billed and collected hour, with an option to handle cases through our firm or as a collaboration on their own.
