An established law firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract or Contract-to-HireAssociate Attorney with expertise in areas such as bad faith, personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, employment, and/or construction defect litigation. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team of legal professionals, with a focus on creative problem-solving, professional growth, and client advocacy.ResponsibilitiesPreparation and participation in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferencesCase development, including investigation and analysis of complex legal issuesDrafting motions, pleadings, and analytical correspondence in Federal and District CourtsConducting depositions, procedural hearings, oral arguments, and pre-trial preparationsCollaborating with litigation teams to drive case strategies, manage expert witnesses, and develop innovative legal solutionsQualificationsActive license in good standing with the Colorado State BarMinimum of 1-2 years of litigation attorney experienceExceptional skills in brief writing, critical thinking, and problem-solvingHigh proficiency with tools like Westlaw, Pacer, Clio, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Nuance Power PDF, and Microsoft 365Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, teams, and courtsA self-motivated and independent professional with a strong work ethic and attention to detailRate: $40-$43/hr.Fully RemoteAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
