SchoolDistrictLaw.com, operated by the Law Office of Craig W. Clark, Esq., is seeking an aggressive and driven attorney to join our growing practice. This unique position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact civil rights, discrimination, retaliation, IEP/504, and disciplinary cases against school districts, while also supporting Homeland.com’s real estate portfolio through lease review, eviction support, tax disputes, and contractor and tenant dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in claims against school districts, including retaliation, discrimination, whistleblower protection, First Amendment, IEP/504, and related student and employee rights matters.

Manage case strategy, filings, discovery, and client communication.

Handle real estate legal matters for Homeland.com, including eviction proceedings, lease review, lease amendments, tax disputes, and disputes with contractors and tenants.

Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence.

Work closely with our leadership team on litigation and transactional matters.

Oversee internal case tracking and assist with client intake and case evaluations.

Qualifications:

Licensed attorney in Colorado (or ability to waive in quickly).

3+ years of litigation or advocacy experience preferred.

Passion for education law, civil rights, and fighting government overreach.

Experience in real estate transactions, litigation, or tax disputes a plus.

Independent, self-starter with strong writing and courtroom skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Work Environment:

Based at our Englewood, Colorado office (327 Inverness Dr S.).
