Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window and Door Installer to join our team(willing to train on site). As a Window and Door Installer at Royalty Construction, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient installation of windows and doors in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Installation of Windows and Doors:
Precisely measure and install windows and doors according to specifications and industry standards.
Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and alignment for optimal functionality and energy efficiency.
Site Assessment:
Conduct on-site assessments to determine installation requirements and address any potential challenges.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met throughout the installation process.
Material Handling:
Safely handle and transport windows, doors, and related materials to and from job sites.
Coordinate with the team to ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available and in good working condition.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer satisfaction.
Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and professionally.
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Provide information on product features, maintenance, and care.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience as a Window and Door Installer in residential and/or commercial settings.
Familiarity with a variety of window and door types, materials, and installation methods.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using hand and power tools for installation tasks.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions.
Physical Fitness:
Capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
Comfortable with heights and able to use ladders and scaffolding.
