THE ROLE: As a Wildlife Control Specialist focusing on ground level and rooftop operations, you will be at the forefront of our battle against pests, working in the great outdoors and at heights that most only dream of. This role is perfect for climbers, mountaineers, and outdoors recreation enthusiasts who love the idea of combining their passion for adventure with a rewarding career.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough inspections and pest control and wildlife on roof tops, in attics and other elevated structures.
- Implement eco-friendly pest control and wildlife measures, ensuring safety of techs, people, and wildlife.
- Navigate various heights and challenging terrains daily using climbing gear and safety equipment.
- Work closely with our team to develop innovative pest control and wildlife solutions that minimize environmental impact.
- Educate clients on pest prevention practices and the importance of environmental stewardship.
- Offer 5-star customer service to our clients.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:
- Experienced in climbing or participating in outdoor activities involving heights.
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Passionate about urban wildlife conservation and eco-friendly practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skill with the ability to educate and engage clients.
- Certification in pest control a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
