Our family—my siblings, parents, and I—manage a small, family-owned portfolio consisting of 28 single-family homes and a few commercial properties mostly in Denver area but also a few in Loveland and Fort Collins. We all work full-time and have young kids, so between our rental properties and our personal homes, there's always a steady stream of routine maintenance and upgrade projects each month.
We’re currently looking for a dependable and skilled handyman to join our network. The ideal person is honest, reliable, and experienced in:
Landscaping (including laying sod, planting trees, and working with sprinkler systems)
Basic electrical and plumbing
Interior work such as painting, flooring, and general handyman tasks
We offer $35/hour as standard pay.
In the past, we worked with a handyman for several years who became an integral part of our team. In addition to his hourly rate, we provided a $500 monthly stipend to reflect our appreciation for his honesty, responsiveness, and the way he prioritized both our family and our tenants.
We’d be happy to structure a similar arrangement again for the right person—someone who is not only skilled but shares our values of reliability, integrity, and quality work.
If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!
