We're a restoration company seeking skilled technicians specializing in water damage and mold remediation. This role may involve after-hours and weekend work (with bonus compensation provided). While prior experience as a Water Restoration Lead is preferred, we're open to training the right candidates.
Familiarity with water, mold, and fire damage practices and procedures
Proficiency in interpreting written instructions and protocols
Capable of medium to heavy labor, including consecutive lifting
Demonstrated respect for customers, their property, and resources
Ability to remove structural materials like flooring, drywall, cabinetry, etc.
Competence in executing structural drying procedures
Physically capable of wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
Willingness to be on call, with bonus pay provided
License/Certification:
Preferred: IICRC Certification
Required: Driver's License
