Tree climber trainee requirements:
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Tree/landscape industry experience preferred, but not required. This is a trainee position, if you are willing to learn, we will show you the ropes.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Key responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class tree and shrub pruning/trimming, removals, ground operation and cleanup for residential and commercial clients
- Maintain safe work practices and standards
- Work with customers to provide high quality service and satisfaction
The tree climber trainee position:
- Will receive required equipment, training on ground crew operations, proper pruning and tree removal techniques, safe tree climbing procedures, and other key concepts related to tree maintenance
- Includes medical and dental benefits after 60 day interim period
- Bonus program, room for growth, and more
This position starts at $20.00/hour with immediate availability for increase based on skills and job performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and more, after the interim period.
