We are hiring all positions: Maintenance starting immediately at $16.00/hour, Construction starting immediately at $17.00/hour and Service starting immediately with starting wage dependent upon specific experience. The starting pay for all positions depends on relevant experience. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed for work related travel for construction, maintenance and service employees. A company vehicle may be provided.
Construction (Starting at $17.00/hour): Construction involves building new in-ground and above-ground pools, as well as liner replacements and various other larger scale projects. Reliable transportation to and from the store and jobsites is required. A company vehicle may be provided. On-time arrival and a dedicated work ethic are required.
Maintenance (Starting at $16.00/hour): Maintenance involves cleaning and chemically balancing both residential and commercial pools and spas. Reliable transportation to and from the store and jobsites is required. Consistent and on-time arrival is required. Strong customer service skills preferred.
Service: Service involves diagnosing and repairing all types of pool and spa equipment and components. Reliable transportation to and from the store and jobsites is required. A company vehicle may be provided. Experience with pool and spa repair is strongly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills are preferred. Customer service skills are preferred.
