Requirements for crew leader must have 4 Wheel Drive transportation and have their own crew of 2 Or more additional shovelers with them
Compensation $24.00 hour crew leader + 22.50 hour per shoveler (starting pay wages go up after 3rd storm)
Shoveling $22.50 hr depending on transportation experience reliability and payment needs (possible pay raise after third storm)
Looking for serious, consistent, and reliable people to work with us the full snow season
This is not a cash job.
