Prerequisite experience:
General property maintenance/handyman capabilities
Familiarity with basic computer operation
Customer service
General Liability Insurance
Required tools:
Basic hand tools (limited company tools available as needed)
Reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites (including valid DL & current auto insurance)
Mobile device for work order processing/assignments
Responsibilities:
Interaction with tenants
Making phone calls, arranging tenant and vendor appointments as needed
Performing property walk-through inspections with photos and uploading them to the online maintenance program
Trouble-shooting maintenance requests for root cause
Performing minor maintenance and repairs at properties
Entering data in property management program
Weekly maintenance meeting required at the home office in Wheat Ridge
Employment status:
Independent contractor (1099)
Part-time to full time work available
