We are seeking a qualified janitorial subcontractor for a PT evening custodial position just off Hwy 285 South and Conifer Town Center Dr. in Conifer. MUST live in or near the Conifer area to be considered.
Super easy, this job entails standard custodial duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, etc.)
Schedule: This location is cleaned 4X per week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings after 5:30PM + anytime over the weekend. This office takes 1.5-2 hours to clean each shift.
Subcontractor rate: $900 per month
