Established janitorial company is looking for qualified subcontractors for accounts in Denver Metro & Boulder areas. We service many accounts, and we are always looking for good subcontractors with whom to partner.
To qualify you must have:
1) A registered company name with the CO Secretary of State
2) Proof of current General Liability insurance
3) Proof of current Worker's Compensation insurance (if you do not work alone and use employees)
4) Proof of other customers (either a business card or 2 verifiable customer references)
Once we vet a subcontractor, and they show dependability and reliability with their 1st location, they can get as much work as they want. Please do not respond if you do not meet the requirements as listed above.
