We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional on-call handyman to assist with general maintenance, repairs and renovations at our 38-unit apartment complex in Littleton.
Responsibilities include:
Fixing basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
Repairing appliances, doors, windows, and fixtures.
General upkeep of common areas and minor landscaping needs.
Addressing tenant maintenance requests promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience with general handyman tasks.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Own tools and reliable transportation.
Ability to respond quickly to on-call needs.
This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible hours.
Bilingual: English & Spanish Required
