General Job Description:
Walk through the building to check on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
Make sure janitorial requirements are being met
Replace Bulbs/Ballasts as needed
Make sure landscape requirements are being met
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints
Maintains building systems by contracting maintenance services
Work with property management team headquartered the Denver Tech Center.
Effectively and Promptly communicate either orally and/or in writing (emails) with property management staff/supervisor to ensure timely work order completion.
2+ years of general building maintenance experience is helpful
Proactive, initiate follow-through
Dependable and flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Effectively prioritize and multi-task
Must be able to get HSPD-12 Security Clearance
