We are seeking a Facility Services Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality service delivery, and manage key service divisions, including janitorial and pressure washing. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Address and resolve urgent and non-urgent operational issues.
Promote teamwork and effective communication among employees.
Oversee company vehicle registration, maintenance, and repairs.
Manage janitorial and pressure washing services, including schedules and quality control.
Develop and maintain facility service manuals and procedures.
Ensure timely repair and maintenance of service equipment.
Draft and monitor service agreements and bid proposals.
Track janitorial and pressure washing staff attendance and service quality.
Conduct quality assurance checks and peer facility reviews.
Manage procurement, distribution, and delivery of facility supplies.
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in facility services, janitorial, or related industries.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple service teams.
Experience with scheduling, service agreements, and quality control is a plus.
