Are you a skilled landscaper with leadership experience? We’re looking for Landscaping Leads to take charge of landscape crews, and ensure high-quality, timely results for our clients. If you have a passion for outdoor work, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
️ Oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish
️ Lead and motivate a team of landscapers
️ Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
️ Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
️ Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project success
️ Drive company truck and load up team tools daily
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, gardening and/or lawn care
✅ Full-Time availability (35-40 hrs/wk)
✅ Leadership or supervisory experience
✅ Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various conditions
✅ Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape design (preferred)
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
