We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at 10300 S I 70 SERVICE RD, WHEAT RIDGE, CO 80033
Position Summary:
As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property to enhance our guests' lodging experience.
Job Description:
Efficiently respond to all maintenance calls
Complete basic maintenance tasks
Display professionalism when interacting with guests and peers at all times
Accurately diagnose complex maintenance issues
Perform trash removal
Ensure all appropriate team members are advised about any issues in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with basic landscaping tasks
Assist with snow removal in common areas

Qualifications:
2 - 3 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
Schedule:
Hours per day: 7 hours
Days per week: 6 days
