We currently are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman for our facility in Denver. This is a hands-on position working as an on-site and with maintenance crews. An excellent candidate will have 3 years’ experience and able to manage and work with maintenance crews, while ensuring the highest quality is maintained. Experience and proficiency with equipment operation (mower, tractor, trimmer etc.), and able to skillfully use small power tools is required. We are looking for an excellent communicator, great customer service provider, and someone who wants to work with a growing team. The Foreman represents the quality of work and services we provide to our clients.
We are currently seeking Landscape and Maintenance laborers. This is a hands-on position working under the supervision of the landscape or maintenance foreman. Laborers are responsible for modifying the terrain of a property in a number of ways. Depending upon the job, they may be trimming trees and bushes, mulching gardens, laying down fertilizer or digging holes and terraces for construction. Laborers may be responsible for preserving the qualities of client properties by watering plants, mowing lawns and performing other maintenance tasks. They must be very skilled with their hands. They use many power tools for heavier tasks such as cutting down trees or heavy branches with a chainsaw or electric clippers as well as leaf blowers for quickly removing heavy amounts of debris. For large, open lawns, laborers must learn how to maneuver and troubleshoot riding mowers. For edging and in-between areas, they must be proficient with the weed trimmer. In order to work quickly and efficiently, they require a great deal of discipline and stamina as well as the ability to work well on a team. Good attention to detail and constant alertness are necessary for safety reasons and to avoid careless mistakes.
