The Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is ensuring the building(s),
equipment and utilities are maintained in good working order and facility grounds are
properly maintained in accordance with facility policies. The employee will also be
responsible for the ordering and stocking maintenance supplies. and basic home repairs
are also tasks that may need to be performed. Remodeling the inside of mobile homes,
picking up trash, using machinery, and basic bending, lifting, picking up.

Essential Responsibilities but not limited to:
Make rounds, assess, and make minor repairs.
Complete weekly orders for standard maintenance supplies, ensuring sufficient
supplies for resident needs.
Ensure work schedules are followed and coordinate services with other
departments. Advise resident manager of supply and/or repair needs.
Comply with Company policies involving all safety and infection control
procedures to include the proper use of mechanical lifts and personal protective
equipment.
Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level
necessary to accomplish the job.
Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and visitors and to
work cooperatively with other associates.
Must maintain regular attendance.
Must meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam
if required. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background
investigation and reference inquiry.
Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
Requirements:
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Working outside in all temperatures.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Pass observed preemployment drug screen and criminal background.
Compensation:
Semi-monthly pay period
