We are looking for experienced property preservation contractors in Denver and nearby areas. Work includes:
Lawn care & debris removal
Lock changes & securing
Winterization
Trash outs
Minor repairs (roof, drywall, plumbing, etc.)
Photo documentation required for all jobs
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Own tools, smartphone, and transportation
Experience with preservation work or handyman services
Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
Must have a lawn mower and all required equipments.
