Handyman Assistant Wanted
I am a house flipper in the Denver area. I am looking for a handyman to assist with various tasks during home renovations in and around Denver.
I can offer at least 20 hours a week at $20 an hour.
You will work closely with me on-site to assist with small-scale residential renovation work. You will be a part of the entire renovation process, from beginning to end. This means you will spend most of your time on a construction site, mostly indoors and sometimes outdoors. Examples of tasks include trash removal, yard work, painting, basic demolition, and driving to Home Depot. If you like variety in your day-to-day work life, then this may be the job for you.
Job Requirements
-Be able to commit to at least 20 hours a week
-Be prompt, show up on time, and be able to manage your time
-Needs a reliable mode of transportation. A truck is a must.
-Possesses strong communication skills
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
-Strong attention to detail with high standards of quality work
-Needs to be insured
